As with the introductory paragraph, here I'm looking for at least ten or twelve meaningful sentences. (Those of you who tend to write more may find that you need to write a couple of paragraphs.)
The blog post is a chance for you to reflect on what you've done with your photos. It should:
1) Explain how you chose to arrange your photos, and why. For this, you might even explain each photo, one by one, and show how it leads away from the one before it and to the one after it.
2) Also comment, as you explain the order, on what each photo contributes to the profile you are creating. For any photo: what does it show us or tell us that is important about this person and/or about what s/he does?
3) Also in your blog post, I'd like you to say a few words about what these photos express well that would not be as easy to express or explain with words alone. (For example, Jessieca in -075 has some fantastically queasy surgery photos that show what her subject does in a vivid way that words alone might not be able to express.)
4) And finall, also take a moment to say a few words about what cannot be easily expressed through photos alone. (For example, Jessieca can't show us as much about the intricate details of her subject's job with photos as she could show if she were writing an essay.)
I also asked, in the assignment, for you to link to a favorite photo from your Flickr set. I'll show you in class on Wednesday the best way to do that, but, if all else fails you can just post the URL/web address.
